Feature requests

One user suggested that we create embeddable elements for collecting signatures on documents. I believe this will be possible once our Templates (https://feedback.usesignhouse.com/roadmap/templates-function) function is live. Users would be able to embed SignHouse documents onto their page → users click and start our very simple and efficient signing process → at the end, they need to drop a few details e.g. name + email

Add a PDF viewer so that we can view signed PDFs without having to download them.

With the way services like Docusign work, you can upload multiple PDFs and they're added to the same envelope. This enhances the user experience of the person signing so that they don't have to look at multiple email notifications and can just go to one place and sign all their documents in one go.

When accessing the 'Sent for Signing' page within our company's document signing service, I've noticed that the current interface displays a comprehensive list of documents. However, it lacks essential visibility regarding which team member added a particular document or which documents specifically demand my attention or signature. To enhance the usability and efficiency of this service, I propose the implementation of a filter option or the creation of a dedicated page exclusively for documents requiring my immediate action. This feature would significantly improve our workflow by allowing me to quickly identify documents that demand my input, streamline the signing process, and ensure that critical tasks are promptly addressed.

Change the language of the e-mail sent to the recipients according to this configuration at the console.

Anyone who has an agency or is a freelancer would love for the documents not only to be signed but having the payment be accepted as well during signing! (Nothing is set in stone until you get that actual payment, not the signature). Stripe is the most important but PayPal as well for those that can't use Stripe.

Would be amazing to upload a document and then edit it before sending!

Multiple other eSiganture tools out there sell access to their eSignature API. We plan to do that too, but currently our focus is on perfecting every single detail of our eSignature experience.

SignHouse becomes HIPAA compliant.

Have an overview of analytics on the documents you sent for signing: views, number of unique viewers, average time spent on document, etc.

Currently, documents are listed in a table, much like most other eSignature tools out there. We'll want to upgrade that for our beloved users: the ability to create/edit/delete/etc folders, but also to drag-and-drop documents in there. Much like any desktop device!

Currently we have 5 field types: signature, initials, text field, checkbox, date field (see attached) We'll be working on more field types, e.g. dropdown field, radio-button field, etc. Feel free to write down below the fields you might need!

As per a user's suggestion: we will log & send email notifications when • An email with a document sent for signing is viewed • The document sent for signing is viewed This is currently planned, but I've logged this as an entry here too for voting & updates!

It would greatly improve user experience if there is an option: the date could be automatically filled out with the exact date when the signer signs the document. This feature would streamline the process and ensure accurate record-keeping.
